    The Sisu loan in Windermere XIV has been restructured following its failure to repay on the April 15 2012 maturity date. The loan now benefits from an initial one-year extension, and two more potential 12-month options (all of which have been hedged) if the borrower meets certain conditions. It has already satisfied the 80% LTV limit as of April 2012, and must maintain this between 2013 and 2014, and 70% up to 2015.
