    Deutsche Bank showed how the economics for securitisation can be compelling to refinance loans. Its Deco 2014-Tulip Dutch CMBS is the first deal from the Netherlands for around six years.

    The ECB has outlined its plan for buying ABS and covered bonds, saying that universe of bonds could reach €1trn – although it does not say how close it will get to that number. It will start buying covered bonds this month and ABS later in the quarter.
