Marc Tempelman
Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Marc Tempelman is a managing director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and heads the EMEA Financial Institutions Group in debt capital markets. He has been with BofA Merrill since 1997, when he joined Merrill Lynch’s FIG DCM in London as an associate. After a two year secondment in New York, as co-head of the Capital Markets & Financing group for Financial Institutions (Americas), Tempelman relocated to London in 2009 to assume his current responsibilities.

Steve Sahara
Credit Agricole CIB
Steve Sahara is global head of DCM solutions (liability management and hybrid capital) at Credit Agricole CIB with a primary focus on major banks, insurance companies and corporate issuers worldwide. Sahara began his investment banking career in 1991 at Merrill Lynch and has worked in senior roles managing global hybrid capital origination and structuring efforts for firms such as Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and ABN AMRO. Sahara is also responsible for capital structure optimisation solutions via liability management techniques.

Sandeep Agarwal
Credit Suisse
Sandeep Agarwal is a managing director in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse, based in London and head of EMEA debt capital markets. He served as a member on the Managing Director Evaluation Committee (MDEC) during 2010 and 2011. Agarwal joined the-then CSFB in August 2001 and has specialised in financial institutions coverage for many years. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he worked with Deutsche Bank and Unilever

Oliver Sedgwick
Goldman Sachs
Oliver Sedgwick is co-head of EMEA investment-grade syndicate, with a focus on financial institutions. Prior to assuming this role in 2011, Sedgwick managed the syndicate business for the Financial Institutions Group. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 as an executive director and was named managing director in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he managed UBS’s Financial Institutions Group’s syndicate desk and previously worked at HSBC in a similar role.

Georg Grodzki
Legal & General
Georg Grodzki is head of credit research at Legal & General Investment Management. Prior to his current role he managed the credit research teams at RBC Capital Markets and at Credit Suisse in London. His previous professional experience includes assignments as senior analyst at Moody’s Investors Service as well as posts in merchant banking, management consulting and regional government.

David Marks
JP Morgan
David Marks is chairman of FIG DCM at JPMorgan in London. He has almost 25 years experience working with financial institutions in a variety of roles from structuring, syndicate, trading, distribution and origination. Marks has been responsible for the FI debt capital markets business at JPMorgan for the last 10 years and outside the firm is a long-serving board member of the ICMA.

Johan Eriksson
UBS
Johan Eriksson joined UBS as EMEA head of global capital solutions in 2012, having previously been responsible for primarily Nordic and Swiss clients. He joined the firm in 1997. As well as a host of debt and equity capital markets-oriented mandates, Eriksson has additionally advised on several M&A transactions involving primarily Nordic and Swiss clients.
