    We had been looking for the ECB to make the TLTRO more attractive by making a few adjustments. A Reuters source story suggests that the ECB will not make any changes at their meeting this week. Given that the next TLTRO is on Dec 11 the ECB seems likely to deliver such changes at its December meeting instead.
