Reinout Koopmans
Jefferies
Reinout Koopmans joined Jefferies as co-head of European Equity Capital Markets in September 2011, with 16 years of investment banking experience. He joined from Deutsche Bank, where he spent 10 years and was most recently head of ECM for the Natural Resources sector and previously co-head of ECM for Emerging Markets. Reinout holds a PhD in Economics from the LSE.

Marco Estermann
SIX Swiss Exchange
Marco Estermann has been a member of the Management Committee of SIX Swiss Exchange since June 2011 and Head Issuer Relations since November 2009. In this function, he is responsible for the origination of new listings as well as the relationship management with listed companies. Before joining SIX Swiss Exchange, Estermann worked for Bank Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie.

Craig Coben
BofA Merrill Lynch
Craig Coben is the head of EMEA Equity Capital Markets for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Craig joined the firm in 2005 from Deutsche Bank. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and speaks Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. He also serves on the Board of Governors of Tower Hamlets College.

Luis Vaz Pinto
Societe Generale
Luis Vaz-Pinto was appointed Deputy Global Head of Corporate Finance and Global Head of Equity Capital markets in April 2012. Previously he was Managing Director in Invesment Baking at Troika Dialog and earlier Head of Syndicate at JP Morgan for three years after 10 years at Merrill Lynch where he covered France, Belgium & Iberia.

Greg Bennett
Fidelity Worldwide Investment
Greg joined Fidelity in 2007 as head of EMEA Capital Markets, working on block trades, IPOs and capital raisings. Previously, Greg spent 14 years at Cazenove & JP Morgan Cazenove, where he was a Partner and Managing Director, working in ECM and Equity Syndicate. Greg qualified as an ACA and holds a MA from Oxford University.

Tom Johnson
Barclays
Tom runs the UK ECM origination effort at Barclays, along with fellow UBS alumni Chris Madderson. Tom joined Barclays in late 2009, having spent nine years working in the ECM and Corporate Broking teams at UBS. He has worked on many of the largest UK ECM transactions over the last 10 years, and led over 20 UK bookrun deals for Barclays since the UK franchise was established.
