IFR Brief: 3% deficit target relaxed for Portugal

Portugal now has an extra year to meet its 3% target which has now to be met in 2014 as opposed to 2013. Along with this relaxation there has also been a relaxation of the target for this year to 5% of GDP (from 4.5%).
