IFR Comment: Watch for the speed and composition of BoE QE
We expect the BoE to announce a £50bn expansion in QE when the announcement is made today at 1100GMT. The key for Gilts will be the speed at which purchases are made as well as the breakdown in purchases across the three baskets.
