Fernando Cuesta - Caja Madrid
Fernando Cuesta was made head of funding at Caja Madrid in 2000. He is responsible for all the banks’ funding, including senior, unsecured, Cedulas Hipotecarias, Cedulas Territoriales and bank capital funding including subordinated debt and preference shares.
Paul Guire - ICAP
Paul Guire is head of ICAP’s office in Frankfurt, where his main responsibilities lie in promoting the securities operations in Europe. He joined ICAP in 1979 and has remained with the group since that time, heading various desks including US$ CD’s, US$ FRA’s, euro repos and emerging derivatives.
Allen Rad - RBS
Allen Rad joined RBS in 2008 as head of covered bonds trading where his key focus is on managing the flow business with investors and maintaining market reputation with market participants. Allen’s experience in covered bonds dates back to 1996 when he joined covered bond trading at Dresdner bank. There he became a senior dealer in 1998 before heading the desk from 2007.
Michiel de Bruin - F&C
Michiel de Bruin is a director and head of Euro government bonds at F&C. He joined the Group in 2003, having previously worked for more than 15 years in various senior fixed income trading and sales positions, including head of trading at Deutsche Bank de Bary in Amsterdam and co-head of Fixed Income at NIB Capital in Amsterdam.
Tim Skeet - Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Tim Skeet is managing director and head of covered bonds at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He was one of the early members of the European Covered Bond Council steering committee, is currently a member of the steering committee of the US Covered Bond council and he recently worked with investors to set up the Covered Bond Investor Council.
Alessandro Settepani - Fitch
Alessandro Settepani is senior director and head of Fitch’s south of Europe covered bond team in London, covering Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Greece, and reference person for all EMEA covered bonds. He previously headed Fitch’s Italian structured finance group in Milan for six years.
Anders Kvist - SEB
Anders Kvist is head of group treasury at SEB, a position he has held since 2007. He is a member of the management advisory group, the asset & liability committee and the supervisory board of SEB Bank (Ukraine). From 2005 he was head of treasury management within group treasury at SEB.
Daniel Loughney - AllianceBernstein
Daniel Loughney is a global bond portfolio manager at AllianceBernstein, where he also sits on the interest rate and currency policy committee with particular responsibility for UK and European SSA and currency markets.
