Harald Francke Lund
CICERO
Harald Francke Lund is a senior climate finance specialist at CICERO, the Center for International Climate and Environmental Research – Oslo, the global provider of second opinions on green bond frameworks. In 2010, he led the Norwegian contribution to the UNSG’s AGF report on long-term climate finance. He has held the positions of deputy chief negotiator for Norway, head of emissions trading section at the Norwegian Environment Agency, and adviser to the UNSG’s Special Envoy on Climate Change.

Irene Sánchez Aizpurúa
European Investment Bank
Irene Sanchez is head of investor relations and marketing at the European Investment Bank (EIB), one of the world’s largest and most frequent debt issuers. Her responsibilities include coverage of investors and credit rating agencies, as well as promotion of the EIB’s market-leading Green bonds. Prior to joining the EIB, she worked for Abengoa in Spain for 10 years, first in structured finance and then in investor relations and capital markets. Prior to that, she worked at ABB in corporate finance positions in Switzerland and the Netherlands.

Nicholas Pfaff
International Capital Markets Association
Nicholas Pfaff is a senior director in the market practice and regulatory policy team of the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA). He is the chair of the Pan-European Private Placement Joint Committee, and coordinates a number of other ICMA initiatives such as the Public Sector Issuer Forum and the Green Bond Principles. He is also head of ICMA’s Paris office. Nicholas is a senior banker with extensive international experience in investment banking and capital markets, as well as in development banking. He has worked at Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Robert Scharfe
Luxembourg Stock Exchange
Robert Scharfe has been chief executive of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange since 2012. He is a member of the board of directors of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges, and chairman of the Nomination Committee of the World Federation of Exchanges. Before joining the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, he spent 35 years in banking, mostly in corporate finance and financial markets. Between 2000 and 2012, he was a member of the management board of BGL BNP Paribas in Luxembourg.

Christopher J Wigley
Mirova
Chris Wigley is a senior fixed income portfolio manager at Mirova, responsible for credit. He joined Mirova in 2014 to manage funds that include the Mirova Green Bond Global Fund and the Mirova Sustainable Corporate Bond Fund. Prior to Mirova, he spent eight years at Epworth Investment Management specialising in ethical investment. He also spent eight years as portfolio manager of the Affirmative Corporate Bond Fund for Charities. He began his career in 1987 with the Mitsui Bank in London, managing the bank’s investment portfolio.

Rahul Ghosh
Moody’s Investors Service
Rahul Ghosh is a vice president and senior credit officer for Moody’s Investors Service. Based in the UK, he leads thematic credit research for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, integrating top-down macroeconomic analysis with credit views across sovereigns, corporates, and financial institutions. He is also a leading contributor to the company’s research efforts on ESG factors and credit analysis, with a particular focus on carbon transition, climate policy and Green bonds.

Sandrine Enguehard
Société Générale
Sandrine Enguehard is head of impact structuring for SGCIB. Since 2013, Sandrine has been responsible for developing financial solutions both for originators and investors dedicated to sustainable investments needs. From 2010, as E&S adviser, Sandrine gained experience of environment and social assessment for international projects, assisting clients in meeting international E&S standards such as the Equator Principles. Sandrine joined Société Générale in 2005, as mining and building materials industry consultant. She previously held various operating positions in the mining and building material sectors.
