Sumit Khanna
Deloitte India
Sumit Khanna joined Deloitte as national head, corporate finance in February 2015 after similar roles at PwC India, Morgan Stanley and HSBC. He has extensive experience of successful deal closures across multiple industry sectors. Over the course of his career, he has served marquee clients including Coal India, NMDC, Aditya Birla Group, GAIL, IBP, Indian Oil, Yennai Petroleum and Ratnakar Bank.

 

Bharat Reddy
JP Morgan
Bharat Reddy is principally responsible for JP Morgan’s relationship with the Indian government and sovereign agencies and also heads the depositary receipt group in India. He has been based in New Delhi since 1993 and has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and previously worked at Bank of Tokyo in New York as an FX trader.

 

Abhimanyu Bhattacharya
Khaitain & Co
Abhimanyu Bhattacharya is a partner in the capital markets practice group of Khaitan & Co in Mumbai. He has significant experience across the full range of equity products as well as offshore high-yield bonds. Bhattacharya sits on the Securities Law Committee of the International Bar Association and assisted the SEBI CRDA Committee with reforms in the disclosure and application process in public offers.

 

Valeria Ceccarelli
SIX Swiss Exchange
Valeria Ceccarelli head of issuer relations at SIX Swiss Exchange since October 1 2016, is responsible for the origination of new listings and managing relationships with listed companies. She joined the team in 2013. Before joining SIX, Ceccarelli spent over 11 years in corporate finance at Morgan Stanley in London and Milan followed by about three years as an investment manager at private equity firm Ambienta SGR.

 

Mithun Gole
Sterlite Power
Mithun Gole heads the equity and M&A function for Sterlite Power, one of India’s largest private transmission infrastructure players. He has more than 14 years of experience encompassing infrastructure financing, M&A, regulatory and macroeconomic policy and corporate strategy. Past experience includes working with big four consulting firms in M&A advisory.

 

Tarun Gupta
T&A Consulting
Tarun Gupta, India representative of SIX Swiss Exchange, is the co-founder of T&A Consulting and has over 14 years of experience in corporate and investment banking and consulting. He previously acted as head of an international business division at HSBC in the UK and was regional head of corporate banking for HSBC in India.
