Douglas Baird

Citigroup

Doug Baird is chairman of ECM where he is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of equity and equity-linked financing transactions for the bank’s corporate clients. He has 25+ years’ experience across ECM including leadership roles at both Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

Kristin DeClark

Credit Suisse

Kristin DeClark is a director at Credit Suisse responsible for overseeing ECM origination across technology, media, telecom, gaming as well as services-related industries. Previously she covered financial institutions and real estate related business. She joined from Deutsche Bank in New York, where she was a generalist in ECM.

Tom Morrison

Blackstone Group

Tom Morrison is a senior managing director in the capital markets group. He leads the firm’s ECM effort assisting Blackstone’s portfolio companies and advisory clients in equity related situations, and he manages the firm’s relationships with public equity market investors. Before joining Blackstone in 2011, Morrison was the global head of ECM at Sanford Bernstein.

Carolyn E. Saacke

NYSE Euronext

Carolyn E. Saacke is a managing director in the capital markets group. In this role, she advises private companies, private equity firms, venture capitalists and investment bankers on the exchange landscape, issues, NYSE initiatives and venue choice. Prior to joining NYSE in 2006, she had spent 14 years on Wall Street at Bear Stearns, Citigroup and Deloitte.

Bennett Schachter

Goldman Sachs

Bennett Schachter is a managing director responsible for the US equity-linked effort and oversees equity linked structuring, marketing, pricing, execution and related liability management advisory services and transactions. Bennett also focuses on corporate and primary equity derivatives, including structured share repurchases.
