LOANS: Avis nets committed financing for Dollar Thrifty bid
July 29 (RLPC) - Avis Budget Group has tapped Citi and Morgan Stanley to provide the fully committed financing that will back the cash portion of its bid for Dollar Thrifty, sources said. Avis will complement the offer with available cash.
