Manchester United IPO: Jefferies set for lead-left role, but MS no longer involved
US investment bank Jefferies is set to be appointed as the so-called lead-left on the US$1bn US IPO of Manchester United, while Morgan Stanley has been dropped from the transaction entirely, according to several sources with knowledge of the deal.
