P&M: Citigroup hires Middle East economist
Citigroup has hired Farouk Soussa as chief economist for the Middle East. He joins from Standard and Poor’s, where he was head of Middle East sovereign ratings. Based in Dubai, Soussa leads the local economics research unit. He reports to David Lubin, head of emerging market economics for Citi Investment Research and Analysis.
