Heads the Debt Division at the Spanish Treasury, since December 2005.


Angelo Proni - EuroMTS
He is currently Head of New and Domestic Markets for the MTS Group and is Chairman of the Board for MTS France and MTS Amsterdam, as well as a member of the Boards of MTS Germany, MTS Associated Markets (Belgium, Finland and Denmark) and MTS CeTO (Poland).Proni joined MTS in early 1999 and has covered a series of positions.

Jeffrey Hogan - BGC Partners

Managing Director, Business Development, BGC Partners in London. Hogan is responsible for ongoing business development and relationship management with clients in Europe and for liaising with government and regulatory bodies
globally.

Christophe Rivoire - HSBC

Managing Director, Global Head of Euro Rates Products. Based in Paris where HSBC has built its Euro Rates platform, he is responsible for the European government bonds, agencies & covered bonds, vanilla swaps trading denominated in Euro.

Anne Leclercq - Belgian Debt Agency
Anne Leclercq has recently been appointed as Director of Treasury and Capital Markets at the Belgian Debt Agency of the Kingdom of Belgium. Before that and since 1999, she was Deputy Director. Her department is responsible for managing the annual funding program for the Kingdom in global capital and derivatives markets and to carry out its cash management operations.

Erik Wilders - Dutch State Treasury

Erik Wilders is the head of the Dutch State Treasury Agency, also known as Agent. The DSTA prepares and defines funding policy and represents the State in financial markets. The DSTA is an integral part of the ministry of Finance. Prior to his position as Agent he has held several other positions within the DSTA, ranging from riskmanagement to Head of the Money and Capital Markets division.

Simon Maisey - JPMorgan


Executive Director, Global Head of Rates eCommerce, JPMorgan. Maisey is responsible for the strategy, product
development, implementation and marketing of electronic trading initiatives across JPMorgan’s Global Rates business. Before this, in his 10 years at JPMorgan, he has held a variety of COO and CFO positions across the Fixed Income and Currencies businesses within the firm.

Peter Nijsse - Dutch State Treasury Agency

Peter Nijsse is Head of Money and Capital Markets at the Dutch State Treasury Agency (DSTA). As such, he is responsible for the issuance of Dutch government securities as well as for the management of the daily financing needs of the State.
