STRUCTURED FINANCE: Bank of Spain ups roles in rating-constrained market
Bank of Spain has taken on more issuer account bank roles in the Spanish securitisation market, adding responsibility for another three deals to its list. These comprise two SME CLOs and one RMBS, following two RMBS and one CLO July.
