US HY BONDS WRAP: Range Resources, Tenneco, Viterra step in
Deals continued to flow in this morning with three new offerings announced. Range Resources launched a US$350m 10-year non-call five senior subordinated notes offering via JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo as the joint books. An investor call is scheduled for today at 11:00 a.m. ET, with pricing scheduled for the afternoon. Range Resources will use the proceeds to redeem its US$200m 7.375% senior subordinated notes due 2013 at 101.229 and repay bank debt.
