John Foy - Prudential M&G

John Foy joined Prudential M&G in November 2004 as Head of Leveraged Finance. John spent 21 years at NatWest, the last 12 years of which were spent in the Bank’s Leveraged Finance team, being made Managing Director of that business in 1999. In 2000 John established a new market entrant in the leveraged finance arena, Heller Financial Limited which was bought by GE Capital in 2001 and where John worked until April 2004. John held the position of Managing Director at both these organizations.

Eric Capp - RBS

Eric Capp is a Managing Director and Head of Leveraged Capital Markets at RBS. Since 2005, Eric has been Head of High Yield Capital Markets for JPMorgan in Europe. Prior that that Eric was a Managing Director in High Yield Capital Markets for JPM in London. Eric joined JPMorgan in 1997 as an associate in High Yield in New York and moved to London in 1998 to start JPMorgan’s European High Yield bond business. From 1989 to 1995 Eric was a generalist investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, specializing in corporate finance, equity and M&A.

Charlotte Conlan - BNP Paribas

Charlotte Conlan is Head of Leveraged Syndications for BNP Paribas. She heads the team responsible for the syndication of all leverage loan, second lien and mezzanine product for BNP Paribas across Europe. Charlotte has been involved in a wide variety of market leading deals for BNP Paribas including TDF, Lafarge Roofing, Eutelsat, Materis, Seat Pagine Gialle, Saur and AVR. Charlotte joined the team in 2000 from Greenwich NatWest where she had also syndicated leveraged loans.

David Slade - Credit Suisse

David Slade is a Managing Director in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse, based in London. He is Head of the European Syndicated Loan Group within the Leveraged Finance Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the underwriting and distribution of all loan assets in Europe and the secondary par loan sales and trading operations. In July 2007, he was appointed Chairman of the Loan Market Association. He joined Credit Suisse First Boston in November 2000 from Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was a Managing Director and Head of European Senior Debt Capital Markets.

Nicolas Jansa - Deutsche Bank

Nicolas Jansa is a Managing Director and Head of the Leveraged Loan Capital Markets desk. He is responsible for originating, structuring and syndicating leveraged loan transactions. Nicolas joined Deutsche Bank in London in 1995 working in structured finance for two years before moving into Capital Markets where he has worked for over 10 years (including five years in New York) completing many transactions with a wide range of financial sponsors and corporates.
