Giles Hutson: BofA Merrill

Giles Hutson is Managing Director of EMEA Debt Capital Markets, a position he has held since April 2010. Prior to joining BAML, Hutson served as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley from December 2006, and Co-Head of European Debt Syndicate, London of Morgan Stanley from July 2004.

Charlie Berman: Barclays

Charlie Berman is Chairman of DCM EMEA, responsible for the strategic direction and organisation of DCM and related derivative, advisory and liability management activities in addition to managing senior relationships particularly with Public Sector clients. Prior to joining Barclays in 2011, Berman co-founded Amias Berman, and was at Salomon Brothers/Citigroup.

Martin Egan: BNP Paribas

Martin Egan is Global Head of Primary Markets and Origination, encapsulating Syndicate, DCM and Securitisation, and also co-heads Corporate Sales and Marketing for IR, FX and Credit. Egan is the UK Head of Fixed Income and joined BNP Paribas in 2001 from Credit Suisse First Boston. Prior to Credit Suisse, he was at Union Bank of Switzerland.

Peter Charles: Citigroup

Peter Charles is Head of EMEA Fixed Income Syndicate; joining the London Eurobond trading desk in 1993, followed by two years in Tokyo, Charles returned to develop the primary market business as a Director on the syndicate desk, was promoted to Managing Director in 1999 and has headed the EMEA syndicate desk since 2005.

Sandeep Agarwal: Credit Suisse

Sandeep Agarwal is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking division and the Head of EMEA Debt Capital Markets, specialising over the last 14 years in the FIG sector. Agarwal has advised, originated and executed landmark capital and funding transactions for European and Asian borrowers in all major debt markets.

Hakan Wohlin: Deutsche Bank

Hakan Wohlin is Managing Director and Global Head of Debt Origination, Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions, joining Deutsche Bank in London in 2002. Wohlin oversees the origination of debt products for the bank’s corporate, financial, and public sector clients. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, he was at Corechange, and Bear Stearns, New York.

Jim Esposito: Goldman Sachs

Jim Esposito is head of the EMEA Financing Group. Prior to assuming this role in 2012, he was chief operating officer of the Investment Banking Division. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1995 as a salesperson for Emerging Markets Debt. Esposito is on the Board of Directors of The Global Fund for Children.

Bryan G Pascoe: HSBC

Bryan Pascoe is Global Head of Debt Capital Markets, based in London, a position he has held since 2011, and is responsible for primary debt and financing-related derivatives businesses globally across all markets and currencies, encompassing bond origination, syndicate, securitisation, structured finance, MTNs, private placements and Islamic Finance.

Ryan O’Grady: JP Morgan

Ryan O’Grady is Managing Director, Head of International High Grade Syndicate, and joined JPMorgan in 1999 after several years as a portfolio manager where he was responsible for bank and insurance company debt. O’Grady oversees all high-grade and emerging market primary market transactions distributed into the European and Asian markets.

Claus Skrumsager: Morgan Stanley

Claus Skrumsager is Co-Head of EMEA Global Capital Markets, with over 15 years of investment banking experience within Capital Markets functions, including Corporate Debt and Derivatives, Emerging Markets, Public Sector and Equity Derivatives. Prior to working in investment banking, Skrumsager worked at the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Denmark.

Demetrio Salorio: Societe Generale

Demetrio Salorio joined Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking in 1991, and held several positions within the Capital Markets and Debt Finance divisions in Madrid. In 2004, he joined SG London to run globally the DCM Financial Origination effort, and was promoted to Deputy Head of DCM in 2007 and to Global Head of DCM in 2010.

Fabio Lisanti: UBS

Fabio Lasanti is Joint Global Head of Debt Capital Markets and Global Client Solutions, and joined the bank in 1995. Lisanti has held various roles within the UBS’s Capital Markets and Fixed Income Solution Sales businesses, and has completed a series of landmark capital and financing transactions for European banks, insurance, corporates and sovereign clients.
