Carlos T. Albarracin
Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy
Carlos Albarracin is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the Securities Group. Albarracin focuses on the oil and gas, power, mining and transportation sectors, but advises clients in a broad range of matters related to debt and equity capital markets, as well as cross-border M&A.

Rodolfo Campos
PEMEX
Rodolfo Campos is Treasurer at Mexican state-owned oil company Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), a position he has held since 2013. Before joining Pemex, he served as deputy director of risk and financial strategy at Mexican development bank Banobras. Between 2005 and 2010, he also worked as director of internal credit at Mexico’s Ministry of Finance.

Octavio Calvo
Santander
Octavio Calvo is a managing director responsible for DCM at Santander, where he has worked since October 2011. Prior to joining the Spanish bank, Calvo was a director for Mexican public debt offerings at Serfin in Mexico City. He also worked in New York for Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank and Wachovia covering Latin American clients.

Alejandro Diaz de Leon
Mexico’s Ministry of Finance
For the last three years, Alejandro Diaz de Leon has served as head of debt management, where he is responsible for domestic and external financing, as well as the oil hedging program and the National Infrastructure Fund. Prior to that, he headed the pension fund for government employees and worked at the central bank.

Juan Claudio Fullaondo
HSBC
Juan Claudio Fullaondo is a managing director and heads HSBC’s capital financing in Mexico. He oversees both local and cross-border DCM operations for Mexican and other Latin American issuers. Before joining HSBC in 2005, he was head of investment banking at brokerage IXE and at Serfin’s debt capital markets division.

Rolando Galindo
PEMEX
Rolando Galindo has been head of investor relations at Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) since July 2011. Before that he served as deputy manger of money markets and deputy manager of capital markets at PEMEX. Galindo has also worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was a vice president of corporate banking.

Julian Gomez Faustino
CONSAR
Julian Gomez Faustino is general director for risk analysis at Mexico’s regulatory body for pension funds - Comision Nacional del Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro (CONSAR). Before joining CONSAR, Gomez worked as director of investments at Mexico’s deposit insurance agency IPAB.

Raul Martinez-Ostos
Barclays
Raul Martinez-Ostos is a managing director and country head for Mexico at Barclays. He joined Barclays in 2012 from Deutsche Bank, where he was most recently head of capital markets and treasury solutions for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. He also worked at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

Ricardo Rivera
America Movil
Ricardo Rivera is deputy CFO at America Movil, Mexico’s largest telco. Rivera has held various positions at the company, including financing manager and corporate treasurer. He has also worked in Mexico’s Ministry of Finance and as director for financing and risk management at HSBC.

Eduardo Uribe
Standard & Poor’s
Eduardo Uribe is a managing director at S&P’s Mexico City office, where he has been the lead analytical manager for Latin American corporate ratings since February 2014. Before joining S&P in 1994, Uribe was a vice president in charge of credit and risk management at Chemical Bank’s Mexico office as well as a credit analyst at Citibank Mexico.
