Jim Cooney
Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Jim Cooney is a managing director in the Equity Capital Markets Americas Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and has been with the firm for 18 years. Cooney has sector responsibility for the firm’s healthcare clients, including the origination and execution of all equity and equity-linked transactions within these verticals.

Craig DeDomenico
Stifel
Craig DeDomenico is a managing director in Equity Capital Markets Origination for Stifel with responsibilities in both Industrial related and select growth verticals. He also leads the convertible capital markets business.

Frank Maturo
UBS
Frank Maturo is vice chairman of Equity Capital Markets for the Americas at UBS, having previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the same capacity. Maturo began his career in 1984 at Salomon Brothers and has a long list of lead-left IPO experience, especially in industrials and including some of the largest combination common and convertible equity financings.

Tom Morrison
Blackstone Group
Tom Morrison is a senior managing director in the capital markets group at Blackstone Group. Morrison leads the firm’s ECM effort assisting the firm’s portfolio companies and advisory clients in equity related situations, and he manages the firm’s relationships with public equity market investors. Before joining Blackstone in 2011, he was the global head of ECM at Sanford Bernstein.

Brett Paschke
William Blair & Company
Brett Paschke is the head of Equity Capital Markets at William Blair & Company, responsible for the sourcing, structuring and execution of public equity offerings. Paschke is a member of the firm’s equity commitment committee. He served on the IPO Task Force which produced the recommendations that became the basis for the JOBS Act, a key piece of legislation that has streamlined capital formation emerging growth companies.

Robert Santangelo
Credit Suisse
Robert Santangelo is a managing director of Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division, based in New York. Santangelo is the co-head of Equity Capital Markets in the Americas. Rob joined Credit Suisse in 2007 from Bank of America where he was a managing director in Equity Capital Markets. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of capacities in equity derivatives and corporate finance. Rob began his career as an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell.

Matt Sperling
Rothschild
Matt Sperling is a managing director and head of North American Equity Advisory for Rothschild. Sperling has 17 years of capital markets and investment banking experience, including prior senior leadership roles at Jefferies, UBS and Credit Suisse both in the origination and structuring of equity transactions across a variety of industry verticals.
