Sandeep Bagla

Trust Group

Sandeep Bagla is Associate Director at Trust Group, one of India’s top corporate bond underwriters, where he is responsible for developing the foreign investor franchise and managing market risk.

He joined Trust in 2014 after six years at ICICI Securities Primary Dealership, and has earlier worked as a mutual fund manager overseeing Indian fixed-income portfolios. Bagla has a BSc in economics from Presidency College and a Finance MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management.

Terry Fanous

Moody’s Investors Service

Terry Fanous is a managing director and head of the project and infrastructure finance ratings business for Asia Pacific at Moody’s, based in Singapore. He manages teams in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, covering around 150 rated issuers in the region, and represents Moody’s on ESG and Green finance issues.

Before joining Moody’s in 2000, Terry worked for around 12 years in various risk management and credit origination roles at Westpac Institutional Bank in Sydney.

Benjamin Lamberg

Credit Agricole

Benjamin Lamberg is global co-Head of MTNs and private placements, and head of Asian syndicate at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank. He joined the Bank in 2008 and moved to Hong Kong in 2012 to oversee the Syndicate and cross-border markets business in Asia. He focuses on G3 and local currencies, including renminbi, and has been involved in several of the largest Green bond issues in the region.

Sarah Percy-Dove

BlackRock

Sarah Percy-Dove is managing director and head of Asia Pacific fixed-income research at BlackRock, overseeing a team of 12 analysts throughout the region, focusing on fixed income investments.

She joined BlackRock in 2016 after three years as head of credit strategy at Standish Mellon Asset Management (Singapore). She earlier ran credit research at Colonial First State Global Asset Management and at ANZ, and gained her markets experience with Merrill Lynch and Alliance Bernstein.

Louis Perroy

Climate Bond Initiative

Louis Perroy is the Southeast Asia coordinator for the Climate Bond Initiative, a non-government organisation working to mobilise the capital markets for climate solutions. He is also senior partner and CFO at Climatekos, a climate finance consultancy focusing on Asia, Europe and Africa.

He has worked in environmental financing since 2000, as a partner in Deloitte’s renewable energy team in Australia and at EcoSecurities and Climate Change Capital in France and the UK.

Rahul Sheth

Standard Chartered Bank

Rahul Sheth is an executive director in Standard Chartered’s capital solutions team, responsible for structuring hybrid capital transactions for financial and corporate issuers. He also champions the green bonds effort within the bank’s DCM franchise. He joined Standard Chartered in 2010 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s structured solutions group in Australia and prior to that, worked in the DCM team at Citigroup. Rahul holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is based in Singapore.

Tng Kwee Lian

SGX

Tng Kwee Lian is senior vice president and head of fixed income at Singapore Exchange (SGX), where she is responsible for the primary debt capital markets business and for new bond listings. She joined in 2010 from UOB Asset Management, where she was head of Asian fixed income, and has over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry, especially in fixed income trading and investment.
