Cristina Chang

Citigroup

Cristina Chang is Head of Securitisation for Asia Pacific at Citigroup. She has worked on structured finance transactions for the past 16 years covering various asset classes and a wide geographical region, including several onshore China securitisations for international auto finance companies. She also runs Citigroup’s transportation finance business for Asia, covering capital markets financings and securitisations for owners of aviation and shipping assets. She joined Citigroup in 2007 from BNP Paribas, and began her career in structured finance as a lawyer in Australia.

Jerome Cheng

Moody’s

Jerome Cheng is Senior Vice President, Structured Finance, at Moody’s in Hong Kong. He has worked at Moody’s for more than 19 years and is responsible for the rating agency’s analysis of covered bonds and structured finance transactions in North Asia, excluding Japan. His involvement in structured finance deals include CDOs, CMBS, RMBS, consumer loans and equipment leases. Cheng received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hong Kong, and Bachelor of Law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.

Kyson Ho

HSBC

Kyson Ho is managing director and Head of Structured Capital Markets, Asia-Pacific, at HSBC. He is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of securitisation and other structured transactions in Asia, and has been involved in numerous Chinese transactions, both in the onshore and offshore markets. He joined HSBC in 2003 from Standard & Poor’s where he was a Director of structured finance ratings.

Roy Zhang

King & Wood Mallesons

Roy Zhang is a partner at law firm King and Wood Mallesons, where he specializes in banking, project and structured finance. He has advised international and Chinese financial institutions, sponsors, trusts and investment companies on regulatory issues, acquisitions, restructurings, and a range of structured financings. In China’s securitisation market, Zhang has been involved in regulatory discussions and numerous landmark transactions, and has represented almost all the major international and local banks. He splits his time between Hong Kong and China.

Lesi Zuo

Standard Chartered

Lesi Zuo is managing director and global head of capital market solutions at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong. He joined Standard Chartered in 2002 and has over 20 years of experience in securitisation and structured finance transactions involving various asset classes. Zuo completed Asia’s first synthetic securitization in 2000 and helped open the market in China and Thailand. His team led pilot securitisation transactions in China for clients including China Construction Bank, ICBC,BOCOM Leasing and BOC in both onshore and cross-border markets.
