ANDREW ASHMAN

Barclays

Andrew Ashman is head of loan syndicate for Asia Pacific at Barclays, where he has spent 14 years in the origination and distribution of investment grade, LBO and structured finance loans in the Asian and European loan markets. Prior to Barclays, he held positions at Citigroup in London and Frankfurt, AMP in Sydney and Capco in London.

Ashman is Chairman of the Singapore branch of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association.

ERIC Bramoulle

Amundi

Eric Bramoulle is CEO of Amundi South Asia, based in Singapore. He took up the role in May 2018 after almost 20 years in equity investment, having started his career as an equity fund manager at Societe Generale Asset Management in 1999. Bramoulle helped launch a joint venture with SBI in India in 2005 before returning to France in 2007, and has held various leadership roles, including CEO positions in Poland and Austria, since the creation of Amundi two years later.

SEAN HENDERSON

HSBC

Sean Henderson is co-head of debt capital markets for Asia Pacific at HSBC, based in Singapore.

Henderson joined the bank in 1998 and has previously worked in London, Hong Kong and Sydney.

Prior to his current role, he was deputy head of DCM for Asia Pacific, overseeing the regional

DCM business across South Asia and Australia/New Zealand.

Before that, he was based in Sydney as head of capital financing. From 2005 to 2011, he was regional head of debt syndicate, based in Hong Kong.

JAYANT PARANDE

Olam International

Jayant Parande is the president and global head for treasury and investor relations (group treasurer) at Olam International.

Parande heads the centralised treasury and investor relations functions, as well as the trade and structured finance division of the Olam Group globally. He is also a member of the finance executive committee, Olam’s corporate responsibility and sustainability executive committee, and the Olam Group’s operating committee and management committee.

CEDRIC RIMAUD

Climate Bonds Initiative

Cedric Rimaud is ASEAN programme manager at the Climate Bonds Initiative. He has over 20 years of experience in fixed-income analysis and fund management at JP Morgan, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and most recently an independent credit research company. Over the past six years, he has been developing investable climate financings in South-East Asia and has been a consultant on green finance for the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia Pacific.

MIKE TAN

Frasers Property

Mike Tan is group treasurer at Frasers Property, a multinational property company with assets of S$33.6bn at the end of June 2019.

Group treasury manages Frasers Property’s banking relationships, liquidity, foreign exchange and interest rate exposures. Frasers Property and its stable of listed REITs are active in the loan syndication, equity and debt capital markets.

Tan also has prior experience in banking and managing multinational corporate treasuries in Asia and Europe.

JANE YUAN XU

IFC

Yuan (Jane) Xu is the country manager for the Philippines office of International Finance Corporation, the private sector financing arm of the World Bank Group.

Xu joined IFC in 2006 and has in-depth investment experience across various sectors in both East Asia and Africa. She holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s of law degree from the University of International Relations.
