Inc. as Global Coordinator and Sole Bookrunner to organize a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing in New York on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. A Global Investor Call will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, details to follow. A USD-denominated, benchmark-sized senior secured 144A/Reg S bond offering, expected to be rated “B” by Fitch and S&P, may follow, subject to market conditions.
