MOVES - Jefferies loses HY trading head
Daniel Cohen, who was head of high-yield trading for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Jefferies, has left the bank, according to sources.
Cohen's departure was mutual, one source said, with his next steps yet to be decided.
He joined Jefferies in 2019, according to his LinkedIn profile. Cohen was previously head of European high-yield trading at Nomura for a short stint, following five years at HSBC. He also previously worked as a trader at BNP Paribas and Knight Capital Group, and started his banking career at Morgan Stanley.
Cohen could not be reached for comment. Jefferies declined to comment.
