July 15: Aura Minerals (Canada, mining) ─ $204m Nasdaq IPO. 8.1m shares (Primary) versus C$35.81 ($25.17) reference TSX closing launch price. BOFA, GS, BTG, ITAU. Nasdaq “AUGO”. Offer price to be set relative to TSX-listed shares.
