November 19: Central Bancompany (US, banking) ─ $426.7m IPO. 17.8m shares (Primary) at $21-$24. MS, KBW. Nasdaq "CBC". Uplisting from OTC trading venue under symbol "CBCY" at $21.00 at launch.
