March 19: Navigator Holdings (UK, LNG shipping) ─ $124.3m ABB. 7m shares (Secondary) at $17.25-$17.75 versus $19.17 last sale. CITI, DNB, FRNLY, PRTO. Wall cross. Company is buying back 3.5m shares from selling shareholder BW Group as part of offering.
