Roy Chan

Currently director of sustainable investment banking for South-East Asia, India, and Australia at Credit Agricole CIB, Roy Chan leads the structuring of sustainable investment banking products (bonds, loans, derivatives) and provides ESG advisory services to corporates, financial institutions, and SSAs in these regions.
He has a decade of experience in banking and began his career at Standard Chartered Bank holding roles in capital structuring and distribution group and ratings advisory in debt capital markets. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Kelvin Lim
DBS Bank
Kelvin Lim is managing director, syndication and loan solutions at DBS Bank, with over two decades of experience in the Asian syndicated loan market. He has successfully underwritten and executed numerous transactions across the full credit spectrum, including loans to investment-grade and high-yield borrowers, state-owned enterprises, acquisition and project finance, across his career. He is currently responsible for the business activities of South and South-East Asia.
Lim joined DBS’s syndication & loan solutions team in October 2018. Prior to DBS, he was a key member of the loan syndication team at Citibank for 12 years.
Shivani Sahai
Quadria Capital
Shivani Sahai has 12 years of experience in sustainability and impact strategy. She joined Quadria in January 2022 and leads the private equity firm’s efforts for ESG and impact outcomes at portfolio companies. She is also responsible for articulating the impact thesis and implementing the impact management framework in the investment due diligence process.
Previously, she worked at KPMG, EY, and PwC. She holds an MBA in Business Sustainability from TERI University and is a BCom graduate from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. Quadria Capital is a healthcare investor managing over US$4bn in assets across South and South-East Asia.
Prakash Chakravarti
LSEG LPC (moderator)
Prakash Chakravarti is Asia Pacific bureau chief for Loan Pricing Corp based in Singapore and has more than 20 years’ experience in Asian capital and finance markets. He has written extensively on corporate loans, M&A and leveraged buyout financings, bonds and equity fundraisings.
Chakravarti joined IFR Asia in 2002. He leads and manages a team of journalists at LSEG LPC in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo that covers Asian syndicated loans and leveraged finance.
