Reinhard Haas
Global head of syndicated finance

Reinhard Haas has been global head of syndicated finance at Commerzbank since 2016, with teams in Frankfurt, London, Paris, New York and Singapore offering the full spectrum of syndicated debt products to corporate clients, financial institutions, NBFIs and private equity. Haas started his banking career at Dresdner Bank in 1993 in risk management. He then became country manager for sub-Saharan Africa before joining Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in 1999 with responsibility for large-cap coverage in Benelux. He joined the loan syndications team in 2003.
Frank Schehl
Head of sales and syndicate and asset securitisation
DZ Bank
Frank Schehl leads DZ Bank’s syndication and sales team, which covers syndicate and distribution activities in the primary and secondary markets across the bank’s lending products and regions. Schehl has held several management positions at the bank, including leading the bank’s leveraged finance platform and, based in New York, its US asset securitisation business. Before joining DZ Bank in 2005, Schehl worked in syndicated lending roles at WestLB in London and Siemens Financial Services.
Harald Loh
Head of loan syndicate, DACH
ING
Harald Loh leads the loan syndicate DACH team, part of ING’s global loan distribution group. The team originates, structures and executes syndicated loan and event-driven financing transactions, with a focus on corporate transactions. Loh joined ING in 2017, before which he worked in UniCredit’s syndicated loan team, originating, structuring and executing syndicated loan transactions for Western European corporates. He started his career at Deutsche Bank’s loan capital markets and acquisition finance team.
Sebastian Wittkopp

Sebastian Wittkopp is head of corporate syndicate at LBBW. He has more than 15 years of banking experience in London, Frankfurt, Duesseldorf and Stuttgart. He started his career at Mizuho, moving to IKB in in 2010 as part of the team that rebuilt the loan and distribution business after the financial crisis. He joined LBBW in 2014 as a director in the corporate syndicate team and took on his current role in 2020. His team is responsible for all corporate debt products, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, LBOs, Schuldscheine and corporate bonds.
Keith Mullin
KM Capital Markets (moderator)
Keith Mullin is founder and director of KM Capital Markets, a media and thought-leadership consultancy, and adviser for banking, investment banking, global capital markets, social and sustainable finance, financial regulation, and related topics. Mullin has spent more than 40 years in specialist banking media and media-related fields, most latterly in the thought-leadership group of the capital markets insights group of Thomson Reuters, now part of LSEG. He was previously editor-in-chief of the capital markets publishing group, which includes IFR.
