Paula Chan Paula Chan Manulife Asset Management Paula Chan is a senior portfolio manager at Manulife Asset Management, responsible for onshore and offshore China investments. She manages a number of funds in renminbi and Hong Kong dollars, and has played a key role in establishing onshore bond investments through the firm’s QFII bond fund and onshore joint ventures.
