Tammo Diemer - Aareal Bank

Tammo Diemer is managing director and head of treasury at Aareal Bank based in Wiesbaden. As group treasurer he is responsible for all fixed income related capital markets activities including funding, derivative business, liquidity management and asset allocation.

Torsten Elling - Barclays Capital

Torsten Elling is a director and head of covered bond syndicate at Barclays Capital. Based in Frankfurt, he is responsible for all Covered Bond new issues and primary trading activities. He joined Barclays in 1999 to build up the European covered bond trading, becoming head of European credit trading in September 2001, before shifting his focus to the primary business.

Ted Packmohr - Commerzbank

Ted Packmohr is head of covered bond research at Dresdner Kleinwort, part of the Commerzbank Group. Packmohr joined Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 1998 after graduating from the Bayerische Julius-Maximilians-University, Wurzburg.

Gerald Rosenberger - Eurohypo

Gerald Rosenberger heads up asset liability management and funding of public finance within Eurohypo AG, a position he has held since January 2009. He joined Dresdner Bank in 1991, holding various positions.

Andreas Schenk - Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (HRE)

Andreas Schenk is responsible for the funding activities of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, part of the Hypo Real Estate Group. From April 2004 until March 2006 Schenk was head of capital markets, responsible for all its funding, securitisation and MBS investment activities.

Thomas Sommer - WL Bank

Thomas Sommer began his role as a member of the board of managing directors of Westfalische Landschaft Bodenkreditbank (WL Bank) in January 2003. Before that he held the position of executive manager and head of treasury; money and capital markets.

Jens Tolckmitt - VDP

Jens Tolckmitt was appointed Executive Director of the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks (vdp) in June 2009. Between January 2003 and May 2009 he served as the Managing Director of the Association of Foreign Banks (VAB) in Germany.

Laurent Viteau - EuroMTS

Laurent Viteau is executive director, head of sales for the MTS Group in London. He is responsible for the definition and implementation of strategy and relations with banks, issuers‘ and investors as well as for marketing and business development on government bonds, SAS and covered bonds.
