Alan Packman - Lloyds TSB

Alan Packman joined Lloyds TSB in August 2006 to set up and run Structured Finance proprietary trading. The business has a global mandate, in terms of asset class, geography, and product (cash/CDS/index), taking relative value views across the capital structure. Alan was previously employed as a senior syndicate manager/ABS trader at Dresdner Kleinwort.

Ian Kilcullen - Key Capital

Ian Kilcullen is senior portfolio manager at Key Capital, a Dublin based investment advisory business involved in private equity securitisation which manages a CLO Equity Fund. Before joining Key Capital, Ian worked at HVB Dublin, where he invested in a portfolio of CLO equity. Prior to this, he managed a portfolio of leveraged loans at BW Bank Ireland.

Ian Perrin - Moody’s

Ian Perrin joined Moody’s in August 2001 and rates both Cash CDOs (Leverage Loans, Private Equity) and Synthetic CDOs. Prior to joining Moody’s, Ian worked at CDC Marches (now Ixis CIB) as a risk/results analyst. Ian holds a Masters Degree in Structured Finance from Universite de Paris I (Pantheon-Sorbonne).

Oliver Burgel - Babson Capital Europe

Oliver Burgel is managing director of Babson Capital Europe, responsible for launching new funds, fundraising, structuring and financial risk modelling. He joined in 2000 from London Business School where he worked on private equity and leveraged finance research. Prior to joining LBS, Oliver worked as research fellow at the Centre for European Economic Research, Germany.

Peter Combe - Permira

Peter Combe joined Permira debt managers as chief executive in January 2007. He was most recently managing director and head of European leveraged finance and co-global head of sponsor coverage at Lehman Brothers where he set up and built its leveraged finance business. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Combe spent eight years at Deutsche Bank in leveraged finance.

Vincent Dahinden - RBS

Vincent Dahinden joined RBS in 2004 to run its Structured Credit Derivatives business. Prior to RBS, Vincent had a number of senior roles at Merrill Lynch, including head of European Structured Credit and Corporate Securitisation and head of Corporate Derivatives. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Vincent was European head of CDO at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Rob Marshall - M&G Investment Management

Rob Marshall is head of ABS Research at M&G Investment Management where he has worked since 2000, initially as an asset-backed credit analyst. Previously, Rob worked at Duff and Phelps Credit Rating Company in the European Structured Finance Department where he was responsible for ABS, MBS and CDO rating analysis.

Philippe Tromp - Financial Security Assurance Europe

Philippe Tromp is managing director of Financial Security Assurance Europe responsible for underwriting in the asset-backed, municipal and public infrastructure markets. Prior to joining FSA in 1994, Philippe spent three years at Bankers Trust Company London, where he was managing director of the asset finance group.
