Christoph Zender
Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg
Christoph Zender is head of corporate debt origination at Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg and has been at the bank since 2002. Prior to that, he worked in DCM at DZ Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort. He has more than 15 years experience in corporate debt origination - bonds, Schuldscheindarlehen and syndicated loans.

Raoul Hessling
Commerzbank
Raoul Hessling is a director in Commerzbank’s DCM Loans group. Hessling has held roles within Commerzbank’s DCM, since 2001, including corporate bonds and syndicated loans. Hessling is responsible for coordinating the origination activities of Commerzbank with respect to Schuldschein loans.

Richard Waddington
Commerzbank
Richard Waddington is a managing director in Commerzbank’s DCM Loans group, responsible for Schuldschein loan activities and sales for London operations. Prior to joining Commerzbank, he was at Royal Bank of Canada as a director in loan syndications.

Christian W. Porath
BNP Paribas
Christian W. Porath has headed fixed income sales Germany and Austria at BNP Paribas, Frankfurt, since 2010. Porath spent 15 years at Credit Suisse, leaving as head of capital markets Germany, Austria & Eastern Europe. Prior to joining BNP Paribas, he was in corporate finance at McKinsey.

Oliver Rupprecht
NORDLB
Oliver Rupprecht has been head of DCM Corporate Origination in NORD/LB since 2006, responsible for structured corporate bonds and Schuldscheine. Prior to this he was co-head of fixed-income research. Previously he was senior analyst at MM Warburg Bank.

Hans Niethammer
Unicredit
Hans Niethammer has been a Director within UniCredit’s DCM Unit since 2012, responsible for origination and execution of DCM transactions, especially for the German Mittelstand, including Schuldscheine and corporate bonds.

Ansgar Wittenbrink
DZ Bank AG
Ansgar Wittenbrink joined DZ Bank in 2006. Following stages in debt origination and institutional sales, he joined DZ Bank’s syndication team in 2011 and is head of corporate syndicate and responsible for Schuldscheine and bond transactions.

Claudia Hopstein
HSBC Germany
Claudia Hopstein is head of debt financing, corporate clients at HSBC with responsibility for German, Swiss and Austrian issuers. She has executed many public and private DCM transactions across bonds, Schuldscheine and US private placements. Hopstein joined HSBC in 1987.

Maik Laske
HSH-Nordbank
Maik Laske joined HSH-Nordbank in 2013 and is head of syndication and portfolio management. Laske was previously with Societe Generale CIB for 10 years, where he was in charge of global financing solutions for Germany and Austria and was on the management board for SG Germany.

Hassan Farhadi
Helaba
Hassan Farhadi is a director at Helaba’s DCM & credit trading division, responsible for global credit product distribution focusing on corporate Schuldscheine, financial institutions and public sector entities. He joined Helaba in 2007, having worked at Merrill Lynch and Chase Bank.

Paul Kuhn
BayernLB
Paul Kuhn has been head of DCM origination corporates, since 2010. Prior to this role, he was a senior relationship manager for corporates in the US from 2005 and in Germany from 2001. His focus is on pan European issuers of corporate bonds and Schuldscheine. Kuhn has more than 20 years of banking experience.

Johannes Maerklin
Deutsche Bank
Johannes Maerklin has been global head of private placements, Deutsche Bank since 2012 and managing director, structured notes & head of syndicate Germany since 2005; previously Maerklin was VP and director in DCM at Deutsche in Frankfurt, joining from DZ Bank Treasury in 1999.
