Rachel Rueiying Yang: Chang Hwa Commercial Bank
Rachel Rueiying Yang joined the credit and loans team at Chang Hwa Commercial Bank, London, in April 2010. She is currently an assistant manager in credit and loans, primarily responsible for analysing and facilitating syndicated loans and schuldschein investments.

Kirsten Schulz-Lobeck: Erste Group
Kirsten joined Erste Group in 2008. Before assuming responsibility for loan capital markets, she worked for 7 years for UBS in London in the area loan syndication and capital markets as well as 11 years with Citigroup in London and Frankfurt. During that time she was responsible for the syndication of loans with a focus on acquisition financing and leverage buyouts as well as financing in the CEEMEA region.

Klaus Aldinger: LBBW
Klaus Aldinger, is a director at LBBW’s fixed income syndicate & private placement desk, responsible for the execution of all corporate new issuance at LBBW including bonds, SSDs and EMTNs. Aldinger joined LBBW in 2001, where he took a role in corporate banking, followed by strategic credit portfolio management.

Michael Schramm: BNP Paribas
Michael Schramm is part of the syndication and MTN desk of BNP Paribas and focuses on private placements, Schuldscheine and mensschuldverschreibung. Schramm has over 15 years of syndication experience in fixed income products and equity. Previous jobs include DZ Bank and WestLB.

Rudolf Bayer: UniCredit
Rudolf Bayer is managing director and running the EMTN/private placement desk within UniCredit. His long experience in that sector includes Schuldscheinedarlehen. He joined the syndication desk in 2005 and has grown the platform significantly over the past years. Bayer joined UniCredit in 1996.

Richard Waddington: Commerzbank
Richard Waddington is a managing director in Commerzbank’s DCM Loans group, responsible for Schuldscheine loan activities and sales for its London operations. Before joining Commerzbank, he was at Royal Bank of Canada as a director in loan syndications.

Raoul Hessling: Commerzbank
Raoul Hessling is a director in Commerzbank’s DCM Loans group. Hessling has held roles within Commerzbank’s DCM team since 2001, including corporate bonds and syndicated loans. Hessling is responsible for coordinating origination activities with respect to Schuldscheine loans.

Karl-Heinz Bühner: LBBW
Karl-Heinz Bühner is an executive director and head of the LBBW’s corporate private placement origination. He joined the LBBW in 1986 and took different roles in real estate financing, and as a relationship manager in corporate banking for a long term. Since 2001 he has been working in the corporate debt origination.

Ingo Nolden: HSBC
Ingo Nolden is head of corporate DCM for German speaking Europe and is co-head of all DCM segments of HSBC Germany. Nolden is also globally responsible for the bank’s schuldschein origination business. Prior to joining HSBC in October 2004 Nolden worked in corporate bond origination at WestLB.
