Max Jacob

Commerzbank
Max Jacob works in corporate bond origination at Commerzbank, primarily covering German multinationals and selected corporates outside Germany. Before taking up this position in 2021, Jacob had led the bank’s origination team since 2015 and prior to that, the bond solutions team. He joined Commerzbank in 2011. Before that, Jacob
held various positions in global capital markets at Morgan Stanley in London, which he joined in 2000. Before that, he spent two years in DCM at JP Morgan.

Max Berger

Max Berger is a senior portfolio manager and deputy head of EMEA investment-grade credit in the fixed income team of DWS Group, the listed asset manager predominantly owned by Deutsche Bank. He is lead portfolio manager for corporate hybrid strategy and euro non-financial investment-grade strategy. Berger joined DWS in 2010 after three years as a quantitative investment analyst at Oppenheim OVAM (formerly Gen Re Capital).

Simone Wegscheider

Simone Wegscheider is head of corporate debt capital markets at HSBC Deutschland, responsible for originating capital markets instruments across currencies for German and Austrian corporates. The product spectrum includes benchmark bonds, hybrid capital, local currency instruments, Schuldscheine and private placements. Before joining HSBC in 2013, Wegscheider worked at Barclays’ investment bank in London for nine years. She is passionately engaged as a diversity ambassador within the industry.

Kai Gloystein

Knorr-Bremse
Kai Gloystein is head of corporate finance and treasury at Knorr-Bremse. Besides the classic treasury functions, Gloystein is also responsible for working capital management, including the supplier financing platform and the digital marketplace for receivables factoring. He joined Knorr-Bremse in 2018 from Jungheinrich, where he was group treasurer for eight years. He started his career in banking, mainly in the corporate and investment banking divisions of Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Fabian Lander

Vonovia
Fabian Lander is head of front office in the finance and treasury divisions of Vonovia. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the finance and banking industry and is an expert in real estate as well as corporate and sustainable finance. Before joining Vonovia in April 2021, Lander led the corporate finance and sustainability department of Volkswagen Immobilien for seven years. Prior to that, he worked at Eurohypo almost 10 years in various roles and positions.

Keith Mullin is founder and director of KM Capital Markets, a media and thought-leadership consultancy, and adviser for banking, investment banking, global capital markets, social and sustainable finance, financial regulation, and related topics. Mullin has spent more than 30 years in specialist banking media and media-related fields, most latterly in the thought-leadership group of the capital markets insights group of Thomson Reuters, now Refinitiv. He was previously editor-in-chief of the company’s capital markets publishing group, which includes IFR.
